Privacy Policy

When you fill out the appointment request form, we collect: your name, phone number, email address (optional), a description of your vehicle, a preferred date, and a message describing what you need. This is the only personal information collected on this site.

This information is used only to respond to your appointment request and arrange a time for your vehicle. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Your information is stored securely in the site's database and is only accessed by L A Tires staff handling appointment requests.

This site uses no analytics tools, no advertising pixels, and no third-party CAPTCHA. The only cookies used are a session cookie and a security token (cross-site request forgery protection), both required for the site and the form to work.

Under Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• have inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information corrected;
• withdraw your consent to the use of your information;
• request the deletion of your personal information;
• file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec if you believe your rights were not respected.
